    Deposition Fees

    • 2 hour minimum, over 2 hours fees will be assessed to the nearest 1/10 of the hour.

    Records/Bill Review/Expert Report

    • $350.00-$500.00/hr
    • Fees may range based on assignment

    Validation Report

    • $200.00-$1000.00 
    • Fees may range based on assignment

    Apportionment

    • $500.00-$1,500.00
    • Fees may range based on assignment

    Expert Testimony

    • $500.00/hr with a 2 hour minimum
    • 5hrs + $2,500.00/day
